All the school staff would like to thank parents for the hard work they have done, keeping children on track with their learning. We know that ‘Remote Learning’ will have caused additional stress in many families.
We are reassured that almost all families who answered the survey felt well supported and will continue to support you all to the best of our ability.
Teachers have been improving their skills with remote learning. As a result you may have noticed some of the
following:
- More pre-recorded lessons and clips going on google classroom for the children to see their teacher.
- A small number of class and individual ‘live stream’ is taking place.
- Teachers are responding to children and families digitally as well as using calls home and emails to help support learning.
- We have chatted through the different layout for weekly work. We hope that, with weekly face to face meetings, all pupils are now finding it easier to follow their set working pattern.
